Kamila Camilo stands as a prominent Brazilian activist and social entrepreneur, adept at forging connections between major corporations and grassroots initiatives. Her expertise lies in crafting open innovation projects, devising social responsibility strategies within the ESG agenda, and leading initiatives dedicated to climate action.

Having dedicated five years to community engagement in the Amazon Rainforest as a volunteer for various social projects, playing a crucial role in amplifying the imperative of protecting Brazilian biomes.

Since 2013, Kamila has served as a board member at the Igarapé Institute, a think tank specializing in public and digital security climate governance. Additionally, she contributes her insights to the Strategic Council of the Talanoa Institute, a think tank focused on climate policy development. Kamila is deeply involved with the 'Angels of the City' Association, which, for 35 years, has been actively addressing issues related to homelessness, addiction, and restorative justice

With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, Emilia has been at the forefront of transformative initiatives, seamlessly navigating the realms of management consulting, startup innovation, and cutting-edge AI/AR technologies.

During her tenure at Monitor Deloitte, Emilia spearheaded client engagements, providing strategic counsel to C-Level executives of Fortune 500 companies on pivotal matters such as market entry, branding, and distribution strategies.

In her role as Sales Director at Perfect Corp, a global leader in Beauty / Retail Tech, Emilia orchestrated the successful deployment of go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Notable achievements include leading the launch of a luxury furniture company in the U.S. and serving as the CEO of a health snacks brand in Brazil.

Emilia's influence extends across international borders, having led projects in diverse markets such as the US, Brazil, China, Mexico, and Argentina.

She holds an MBA from York University in Toronto, Canada.

More than 20 years of experience in business and strategy, she specializes in communication strategy and strategic planning. It seems as other life experiences in consulting (Monitor Group), companies as Johnson & Johsnson and different advertising agencies groups. The significant turning point occurred in the last three years when she dedicated herself to addressing climate change, founding an agency exclusively focused on impactful projects spanning Brazil, the US, and Europe. Complementing her practical experience, she has pursued courses on Climate Emergency at Oxford and Sustainable Marketing at Cambridge and in Greenwashing with Creatives for Climate -UK. As a board member of impact-driven companies and a strategy professor in the MBA program at ISCOM Paris, she is resolute in her commitment to fostering positive change.
